- What is Kaya?
Kaya is a platform to pre-book the workout classes that you want to attend! Whether you are only available at a specific timeslot, or you have a crush on the instructor, Kaya reliably snipes these classes for you. No more setting alarms to book classes, or having to change your schedule because you missed the booking release timing.
- What are the chances of Kaya pre-booking the ideal workout class I want to attend?
Although we don’t have an exact success rate for you (yet), the chances are pretty high. Kaya snipes classes automatically as soon as they are released, faster than a human can.
- How many credits will I be charged per pre-booking?
Kaya charges 1 credit per successful booking.
- Will I be charged even for unsuccessful pre-bookings?
You will only be charged 1 credit for every successful booking. For pre-bookings that we were unable to secure, the respective credit will not be deducted from your account.
- How will I know if Kaya has secured a pre-booking for me?
You will be notified via email that your booking is secured and it will be visible on the Kaya platform. Do check your studio platform to confirm and reach out if it is not reflected.
- If I cancel the class on the studio platform, will I be refunded credits?
Firstly, you can only cancel classes on the studio's website. Kaya is specifically built for securing pre-bookings. Secondly, you will not be refunded credits if you decide to cancel the class after a successful pre-booking has been made by Kaya.
